Julie has spent her life in Scarborough and South Portland, growing up at Higgins Beach and later raising her own family just a few miles away. In 2018, she and her husband returned to Higgins, home to her family for five generations. Southern Maine is not just where she works, it is home in every sense of the word.

Julie earned her BA in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting and spent 38 years with FedEx, building the work ethic, organization, and attention to detail she brings to every transaction today. Over more than 30 years, she and her husband have also bought, renovated, and sold multiple properties, while owning and managing rentals along the way.

Real estate has been a constant thread throughout her life, and stepping into this work is something she has long hoped to do. She genuinely loves the industry and is thrilled for the opportunity to guide clients through such an important and personal process. Known for her strong negotiation skills and clear, steady communication, Julie is a trusted advocate from start to finish. She protects her clients’ interests when it comes to price and terms, while keeping the process grounded and manageable.

Outside of work, you will likely find her walking Higgins Beach, spending time with her husband and three adult children, getting lost in a good book, or planning her next trip.
